BRIGHT SIDE AFRICA

The BSA Fellowship for Young African Leaders is the flagship program of the International Empowering Community. This Community Leadership Training Program is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders and inspire them to find solutions for the challenges that affect the daily lives of citizens in various communities across the continent.

The Fellowship is open to young men and women aged 15 to 25 who want to develop a clear understanding of the basic problems facing the continent and aspire to be agents of change. These young leaders aim to bring positive impact and sustainable transformation to their communities and countries, envisioning a brighter future for all Africans.

 

The program includes a variety of activities aimed at equipping young leaders with the necessary skills to address issues within their communities. These activities include: interactive leadership workshops; community service projects; conflict resolution seminars; social entrepreneurship training; mentorship programs; public speaking practice; cultural awareness sessions; policy analysis exercises; project management training; networking opportunities; exposure to local community leaders and challenges.
