ECOMMUNITY

The “ECO-COMMUNITY” commonly known as “ECOMMUNITY” is a comprehensive environmental and social development program designed to foster a culture of environmental sustainability at the community level. By establishing Green Clubs, it provides a platform for community members to actively engage in environmental protection. These clubs serve as hubs for various activities, from hands-on conservation efforts to educational initiatives, all aimed at making a tangible impact on the local environment and the well-being of the people.

 

The Community Green Clubs undertake various activities such as environmental education campaigns, neighborhood and beach clean-up campaigns, tree-planting campaigns, and other initiatives centered around environmental preservation and social well-being promotion. 

 

The program engages multiple stakeholders like municipalities, environmental organizations, local authorities, churches, schools, and companies in implementing environmental sustainability projects.
